silenced cmake warnings about unused variables
added 'super' task name for everything in modorganizer_super
pyqt didn't copy two dlls
clone first, then add submodules so it can be done in parallel, adding submodules needs to lock
missing boost libraries
process: reduced timeouts, fixed pipes not being completely read when the process terminates
