exit on assertions
...
print non-existing task name with `build`
`release official`:
- don't fail the clean dir check for the log or ini files
- close the log file before deleting to avoid a file in use error
- use ask_yes_no(), that's what it's for

refactored loops to call build_loop()

fixed bypassing tasks logging with [?]
fixed sip using PyQt5.zip instead of .sip, doesn't change anything though, the module name in that header was unused
python: don't copy openssl dlls, the openssl project already does it
python: don't upgrade the solution, not needed
python: don't need a bypass file for the zip file, just check if the zip exists

fix parallel_tasks not actually creating context objects for tasks that it runs
