Jeremy Rimpo 305afe2a7a Fix qm generation 
- This is really only needed for the main exe though since we only publish one EN QM file so the application registers it
- Maybe we can put the lrelease component into MO and just do lupdate for the rest of the projects?
- On the other hand it formats the python ts files to be readable
