cap_lua: improve runtime limits and LLM scripting workflow
- Add taskYIELD in lua_sethook and 200-instruction cadence (WDT-friendly)
- Merge IM session into Lua tool args when fields missing
- event_publisher: table or string publish_message; args fallbacks
- Add cap_lua_patterns skill; expand cap_lua docs
- basic_demo: system prompt for Lua/read_file/event_publisher
- Refresh FATFS button/led_strip/button_play demos (xpcall, args)
