McSplody f0f1aa577d Add Complete Crafting Overhaul Remastered (#906 )

* Update plugin name for CCOR
Name changed from Complete Crafting Overhaul_Remade.esp to
Complete Crafting Overhaul_Remastered.esp for SSE.

* Update Location

* Add Cleaning Info
version: 2.0

* Add Requires MCM message
SkyUI - needed in order to access the MCM options.

* Requires SKSE
Required for extended scripting functions

* Incompatible with Ars Metallica
There's overlap between the two, it's recommend choosing one or the other, rather than trying to use them together.

* Add Recommended afters
Recommended load order:
- Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition Patch
- Weapons Armor Clothing and Clutter Fixes
- Armor & Clothing Extension (if using)
- Complete Crafting Overhaul Remastered
- Smithing Perks Overhaul SE (if using)
- Complete Alchemy & Cooking Overhaul (if using)

USSEP and WACCF are masters so those afters are not required.
The SPO and CACO after CCOR are already in the masterlist.

* Add patch provided message for CACO & CCOR patch
Temporary Patch for Complete Crafting Overhaul Remastered.
Small update and temporary patch for compatibility with CCOR.
Changes will be incorporated into CACO in the next main update.

* Add Obsolete Message to the old CCOR version
