Update Thwack - A Creation Club Integration Mod (loot/skyrimse#2506)

* Add message
 - Old patches are obsolete.
 - Remove old patches tag support and cleaning data.

* Remove messages
 - Patches are no longer included.

* Remove tags in LOOT and from the ESP's description
 - Mod no longer modifies any existing NPCs or leveled list entries.

* Update cleaning data
 - Version 3.0.0.
