Update Alternate Start - Live Another Life (loot/skyrimse#2513)

* Formatting change
  * Sort `after` key before `inc` key.

* Update locations
  * Add location names.
  * Correct AFK Mods location (was pointing to LE ASLAL).
  * Put Nexus Mods link at end as it's no longer maintained.

* Add incompatibility
  * Faster Vanilla Start
    * https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/72890
    * Both mods serve similar purposes & will conflict.

* Update cleaning data
  * v4.1.7.
