Yes. Download [this file](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/loot/skyrim/master/masterlist.yaml) and place it in the `%LOCALAPPDATA%\LOOT\Skyrim` folder. Replace Skyrim with `oblivion`, `fallout3` or `falloutnv` as necessary, in the URL and the folder path.

This is probably due to your display scaling settings, and may also affect other applications. Try setting your scaling to 100% to avoid the issue.
