yaml-cpp is now on GitHub, and I've replaced my manual fork with a
GitHub-fork of the official repository, and applied my patches in a
branch of that.

As Google Code is going down, it has moved to Bitbucket. yaml-cpp will also be moving (to GitHub), but that hasn't happened yet. I couldn't find any information on plans for Google Test.

Strip whitespace when Vulcanizing.
...
There's a bug of some sort that causes the LOOT's interface to not
launch correctly (similar to the white screen bug that can happen when
launching through MO) when `<core-label>` is HTML imported. Manually
stripping trailing whitespace fixes this, and so does telling Vulcanize
to strip unnecessary whitespace.

That isn't present in the repository, as it should be generated using

The new CEF release branch is based off Chromium 39, so has native
support for the Encoding API.

Started to implement Google Test unit tests.
...
Added a project for the tests to the CMake config, and added Google Test
as a dependency for it. Travis runs the tests. Some tests currently fail.
