Specify which yaml-cpp branch to use.

yaml-cpp is now on GitHub, and I've replaced my manual fork with a
GitHub-fork of the official repository, and applied my patches in a
branch of that.

Alphanum and Libespm do not require any additional setup. The rest of the libraries must be built separately. Instructions for building them and LOOT itself using Microsoft Visual Studio are given in [docs/BUILD.MSVC.md](docs/BUILD.MSVC.md).
