travis: Don't split kwalify'ing up into two commands.

This gathers the output and error code into one Travis command, reducing
superfluous output in the Travis build logs.

travis: Be less verbose.
...
The `echo` statements will always succeed (unless something is very
wrong with the test machine/instance) and just add clutter to the
output. If one needs to know the specifics of a test, read the
.travis.yml file.
