Bjorn Andersson 4922fdffbf firehose: Write max_payload_size chunks at a time

Reduce the number of write operations by batching up sectors in a
max_payload_size sized buffer and write them in one chunk. Using the
qcserial driver will still chop up the USB traffic in 4kB chunks, so no
measurable perfomance improvement is seen.

Qualcomm Download
=================

This tool communicates with USB devices of id 05c6:9008 to upload a flash
loader and use this to flash images.

Usage:
  qdl <prog.mbn> [<program> <patch> ...]

Building
========
In order to build the project you need libxml2 headers and libraries, found in
e.g. the libxml2-dev package.

With this installed run:
  make
