Dmitry Baryshkov 843950ff84 pil-squasher: support for squashing 64-bit files 
Some of the mdt files are 64-bit ELF files (for the AArch64). Support
squashing them too.

PIL squasher

pil-squasher takes a split firmware image (mdt + bXX files) and squash them into a single mbn firmware image, preserving signature et al.
