zwelch 521d8d5bfa Simplify jtag_add_pathmove:

- Use jtag_set_error instead of accessing jtag_error directly.
- Eliminate superfluous retval temporary variable.
- Reduce scope of loop induction variable.
- Wrap to fit within 80 columns.
