flash/nor/rsl10: drop unused rsl10_info in rsl10_protect_check()

`struct rsl10_info *chip` is only used in `rsl10_protect_check()` in an
assertion triggerring `-Wunused-variable` when compiled with `DNDEBUG`.
Drop it.
