It doesn't make much sense to list multiple MMU entries, platforms
usually have only one type and the major question is whether MMU is
supported on the platform at all or not. Get back to a single, unified
MMU enty. The exact MMU type can be specified in the comment (where it
matters).

There is no need to enforce the strict "pending" status string. Allow
free format having the keyword inside.

Squash all files related to MSM8x60 and instead declare SoC variants as
different SKUs.

PM8058 (primary) and PM8901 (secondary) are the SSBI-connected
PMICs paired with the MSM8660 / MSM8260 / APQ8060 SoCs. Audited
against the linux-6.18-tenderloin tree using the mainline
pm8058.dtsi and apq8060-dragonboard.dts as reference.
pm8058.md:
- gpio/mpp/adc-vadc(xoadc)/regulators/lpg/keypad/rtc = 4.8 (mainline
pm8058.dtsi wires all these, apq8060-dragonboard.dts is the
reference).
- coincell = pending: mainline qcom-coincell only matches
qcom,pm8941-coincell; PM8058 uses a legacy local driver.
- adc-thermal = pending: mainline has die_temp via iio-hwmon only;
the generic-adc-thermal thermal-zone wrap is local DT.
pm8901.md (new, replacing the wrong pmi8901.md):
- regulators = 4.8 (rpm-pm8901-regulators in mainline
qcom_rpm-regulator.c, used by apq8060-dragonboard.dts).
- mpp = pending: pinctrl-ssbi-mpp has no qcom,pm8901-mpp match.
- tempalarm = pending: no mainline pm8901-tm driver.

Audit Snapdragon S3 family against the linux-6.18-tenderloin tree.
Three sibling pages (msm8660.md, msm8260.md, apq8060.md) share the
same SoC IP and therefore the same status matrix:
- clock-gcc=3.14, pinctrl=4.2, uart/i2c/spi=4.8, clock-rpmhcc=4.15,
watchdog=4.8 (already mainline, not pending). RPM(h)CC covers RPM
and RPMh; rpmcc-msm8660 has been in mainline since v4.15. Watchdog
is qcom-wdt matching qcom,scss-timer (in v6.18 base dtsi); local
board commits only wire ramoops + HW reset path.
- mmu-iommu pending (msm_iommu mainline, 8660 nodes local); mmu-smmu
N/A (no ARM SMMU on this generation).
- audio analogcodec/i2s, display-lvds, qfprom, powerthermal mpm/spm
reclassified N/A -> pending (local LPAIF/MDP4/SAW2 work).
- powerthermal-tsens stays N/A: no SoC tsens; thermal is PMIC-based.
- debug-coresight: N/A.
PMIC pairing line points at pm8058, pm8901 (their status pages land
in the next commit).

soc.yaml: add video.vidc alongside video.venus. VIDC is the legacy
MSM video codec IP (q6venc/vdec) used on early Snapdragon SoCs and
is distinct from the newer Venus IP.
_soc/*.md (33 files): backfill status-video-vidc: N/A. Inserted
after status-video-venus: where present, before status-watchdog:
on the few files that lack venus, and at the end of the status
block on sm8350.md (sparse style with no surrounding anchor).

soc.yaml: add dma.adm alongside dma.bam and dma.gpi. ADM is the
legacy MSM Application Data Mover used on early Snapdragon SoCs
(e.g. MSM8660 family); BAM superseded it on later platforms.
_soc/*.md: backfill status-dma-adm: N/A across the 28 SoCs that
already track status-dma-bam. Files using the sparse style without
status-dma-bam (sc7180, sdm845, sm8150, sm8250, sm8350) are left
alone to honor the same convention.
agatti.md: also normalize the bare "status-dma-bam:" entry to
"status-dma-bam: N/A" to match the rest of the dma block.

soc.yaml: replace flat smmu: entry with a nested mmu: block carrying
intop on both children. SMMU (ARM SMMU-500) only applies on newer
SoCs; IOMMU (legacy msm_iommu) is needed for MSM8660 / MSM8260 /
APQ8060.
_soc/*.md (33 files): rename status-smmu: <val> to status-mmu-smmu:
<val> (value preserved for every SoC, e.g. sm8650 keeps 6.3), and
insert status-mmu-iommu: N/A before it. No values changed.
