Add a flag to generate ABS_PRESSURE as sum of ABS_MT_PRESSURE across
all slots.
This flag should be set if one knows a device reports true force and would
like to report total force to the userspace.

Some touch devices provide mechanical overlays with different objects
like buttons or clipped touchscreen surfaces.
In order to support these objects, add a series of helper functions
to the input subsystem to transform them into overlay objects via
device tree nodes.
These overlay objects consume the raw touch events and report the
expected input events depending on the object properties.
Note that the current implementation allows for multiple definitions
of touchscreen areas (regions that report touch events), but only the
first one will be used for the touchscreen device that the consumers
typically provide.
Should the need for multiple touchscreen areas arise, additional
touchscreen devices would be required at the consumer side.
There is no limitation in the number of touch areas defined as buttons.

This driver does not use the SPI core as it should, instead tampering
with the SSP registers manually. Refactoring the driver is almost
certainly not worth it as the hardware seems to have been designed for
and used only in the HP iPAQ hx4700 removed more than a year ago in
d6df7df7ae ("ARM: pxa: remove unused board files"), so let's remove
it.

Currently there are no users of auo_pixcir_ts_platdata in the mainline, and
having it (with legacy gpio numbers) prevents us from converting the driver
to gpiod API, so let's drop it.
If, in the future, someone wants to use this driver on non-device tree,
non-ACPI system, they should use static device properties instead of
platform data.

Let's introduce a common library file for the physmap show function
duplicated between three different keyboard drivers. This largely copies
the code from cros_ec_keyb.c which has the most recent version of the
show function, while using the vivaldi_data struct from the hid-vivaldi
driver. This saves a small amount of space in an allyesconfig build.

Pull input updates from Dmitry Torokhov:
- support for inhibiting input devices at request from userspace. If a
device implements open/close methods, it can also put device into low
power state. This is needed, for example, to disable keyboard and
touchpad on convertibles when they are transitioned into tablet mode
- now that ordinary input devices can be configured for polling mode,
dedicated input polling device implementation has been removed
- GTCO tablet driver has been removed, as it used problematic custom
HID parser, devices are EOL, and there is no interest from the
manufacturer
- a new driver for Dialog DA7280 haptic chips has been introduced
- a new driver for power button on Dell Wyse 3020
- support for eKTF2132 in ektf2127 driver
- support for SC2721 and SC2730 in sc27xx-vibra driver
- enhancements for Atmel touchscreens, AD7846 touchscreens, Elan
touchpads, ADP5589, ST1232 touchscreen, TM2 touchkey drivers
- fixes and cleanups to allow clean builds with W=1

Looks like the Bios of the Lenovo Legion Y7000 is using ELAN061B
when the actual device is supposed to be used with hid-multitouch.
Remove it from the list of the supported device, hoping that
no one will complain about the loss in functionality.
