The generic CC_CAN_LINK detection does not handle different byte orders
or ABIs. This may lead to userprogs which are not actually runnable on
the target kernel.
Use architecture-specific logic supporting byte orders instead.
Modern 64-bit toolchains default to a n32 libc, which are not
supported by all kernel configurations, as MIPS32_N32 is optional.
On 64-bit, test for a n32 ABI libc first and fall back to o64 and
o32 if necessary.

The generic MIPS core is fully compatible with Loongson-1 SoCs,
so migrate Loongson-1 to it.
Main changes are:
- Merge CPU_LOONGSON1B and CPU_LOONGSON1C into a unified CPU_LOONGSON32,
as both are based on the GS232 core.
- Consolidate LOONGSON1_LS1B and LOONGSON1_LS1C Kconfig options into
MACH_LOONGSON32.
- Enable MACH_GENERIC_CORE and remove the legacy custom implementation.
- Remove all Loongson-1 platform devices and associated code,
which are now obsolete due to Device Tree support.
- Misc cleanup.

Pull ftrace updates from Steven Rostedt:
- Keep track of when fgraph_ops are registered or not
Keep accounting of when fgraph_ops are registered as if a fgraph_ops
is registered twice it can mess up the accounting and it will not
work as expected later. Trigger a warning if something registers it
twice as to catch bugs before they are found by things just not
working as expected.
- Make DYNAMIC_FTRACE always enabled for architectures that support it
As static ftrace (where all functions are always traced) is very
expensive and only exists to help architectures support ftrace, do
not make it an option. As soon as an architecture supports
DYNAMIC_FTRACE make it use it. This simplifies the code.
- Remove redundant config HAVE_FTRACE_MCOUNT_RECORD
The CONFIG_HAVE_FTRACE_MCOUNT was added to help simplify the
DYNAMIC_FTRACE work, but now every architecture that implements
DYNAMIC_FTRACE also has HAVE_FTRACE_MCOUNT set too, making it
redundant with the HAVE_DYNAMIC_FTRACE.
- Make pid_ptr string size match the comment
In print_graph_proc() the pid_ptr string is of size 11, but the
comment says /* sign + log10(MAX_INT) + '\0' */ which is actually 12.

Ftrace is tightly coupled with architecture specific code because it
requires the use of trampolines written in assembly. This means that when
a new feature or optimization is made, it must be done for all
architectures. To simplify the approach, CONFIG_HAVE_FTRACE_* configs are
added to denote which architecture has the new enhancement so that other
architectures can still function until they too have been updated.
The CONFIG_HAVE_FTRACE_MCOUNT was added to help simplify the

DYNAMIC_FTRACE also has HAVE_FTRACE_MCOUNT set too, making it redundant
with the HAVE_DYNAMIC_FTRACE.
Remove the HAVE_FTRACE_MCOUNT config and use DYNAMIC_FTRACE directly where
applicable.

mc146818_get_cmos_time() is now mostly equivalent to mc146818_get_time()
from drivers/rtc/rtc-mc146818-lib.c, with the latter using a more
advanced algorithm (which checks the UIP bit in the CMOS). The Malta
and Loongson2ef platforms, the only users of mc146818_get_cmos_time()
have RTC devices that should be MC146818 compatible.
So, rewrite mc146818_get_cmos_time() in a way that uses
mc146818_get_time() and add CONFIG_RTC_MC146818_LIB as a dependency of
CONFIG_MIPS_MALTA and CONFIG_CPU_LOONGSON2EF.
The should be safe as:
- malta_defconfig already uses a standard RTC CMOS driver
(CONFIG_RTC_DRV_CMOS=y). The Malta board has an Intel 82371EB (PIIX4E)
south bridge with the CMOS RTC, so should work correctly with the
modification,
- Loongson2e and 2f apparently use the VIA686B south bridge and the AMD
CS5536 south bridge respectively (at least according to Kconfig). I
have checked datasheets of both and these appear to be MC146818
software compatible.

Move the mips-optimized CRC code from arch/mips/lib/crc* into its new
location in lib/crc/mips/, and wire it up in the new way. This new way
of organizing the CRC code eliminates the need to artificially split the
code for each CRC variant into separate arch and generic modules,
enabling better inlining and dead code elimination. For more details,
see "lib/crc: Prepare for arch-optimized code in subdirs of lib/crc/".

Some architectures build vmlinux with static relocations preserved, but
strip them again from the final vmlinux image. Arch specific tools
consume these static relocations in order to construct relocation tables
for KASLR.
The fact that vmlinux is created, consumed and subsequently updated goes
against the typical, declarative paradigm used by Make, which is based
on rules and dependencies. So as a first step towards cleaning this up,
introduce a Kconfig symbol to declare that the arch wants to consume the
static relocations emitted into vmlinux. This will be wired up further
in subsequent patches.

All PIO on MIPS platforms is memory mapped, so there is no benefit in
the lib/iomap.c wrappers that switch between inb/outb and readb/writeb
style accessses.
In fact, the '#define PIO_RESERVED 0' setting completely disables
the GENERIC_IOMAP functionality, and the '#define PIO_OFFSET
mips_io_port_base' setting is based on a misunderstanding of what the
offset is meant to do.
MIPS started using GENERIC_IOMAP in 2018 with commit b962aeb022 ("MIPS:
Use GENERIC_IOMAP") replacing a simple custom implementation of the same
interfaces, but at the time the asm-generic/io.h version was not usable
yet. Since the header is now always included, it's now possible to go
back to the even simpler version.
Use the normal GENERIC_PCI_IOMAP functionality for all mips platforms
without the hacky GENERIC_IOMAP, and provide a custom pci_iounmap()
for the CONFIG_PCI_DRIVERS_LEGACY case to ensure the I/O port base never
gets unmapped.
The readsl() prototype needs an extra 'const' keyword to make it
compatible with the generic ioread32_rep() alias.
