ASoC: tegra: Support WM8962 by machine driver

Add Wolfson Microelectronics WM8962 codec support to the Tegra ASoC
machine driver. The WM8962 codec is found on devices like Microsoft
Surface RT and Microsoft Surface 2 Windows RT based tablets.
