Pull x86 fix from Ingo Molnar:

 - Disable jump/lookup tables in the x86 boot decompressor code
   a bit more widely, because newer versions of LLVM started
   optimizing it a bit better and introduced run-time relocations
   in PIE code (Nathan Chancellor)
