db410c does not support ARCH_VER capability, so add ADSP_ARCH=v5
explicitly for fastrpc to resolve the correct DSP library path.
Signed-off-by: Vinayak Katoch <vinayak.katoch@oss.qualcomm.com>
Legacy targets (db820c, db845c, qcs615-ride) do not implement the
ARCH_VER capability on the DSP, so fastrpc cannot auto-detect the
Hexagon version at runtime. Add the *_ARCH keys explicitly in the
YAML config so fastrpc can resolve the correct DSP library search
path (e.g. /usr/share/qcom/hexagon/v<XY>/).
db820c: ADSP_ARCH=v60, SDSP_ARCH=v60
db845c: ADSP_ARCH=v65, CDSP_ARCH=v65, SDSP_ARCH=v65
qcs615-ride: ADSP_ARCH=v66, CDSP_ARCH=v66

In some cases the hash of the binary is not a part of the firmware. In
some cases it's a known mistake (e.g. for SM8250 the firmware comitted
to linux-firmware had the same version, but it was built against a
different set of binaries). In other cases it's not genuinly known, what
is the reason of the mismatch. Add known failures to the ignore list.

There were no checks on conf.d YAML files; add a number of checks on
contents, formatting and metadata:
- Enforce presence of SPDX header, single trailing newline, and no
trailing blank lines
- Validate each conf.d/*.yaml against conf.d/schema.json using
python3-jsonschema, replacing the hand-rolled structural checks.
GitHub CI installs python3-jsonschema before `make check`.

Normally firmware targeting different DSPs has different DSP substrings
in versions. The SA8775P and QCS8300 platforms had the same version for
all firmware, which promted us to add cdsp- and adsp- prefixes to the

prefix useless. Drop it in order to make Hamoa close to other platforms.
