Dmitry Baryshkov 388e281ef2 Makefile: change install paths, provide bootrr-run script

Install all the tests into separe dir (${prefix}/libexec/bootrr).
Provide a generic script to run all the tests on the target board.

- Steps to run bootrr locally (helpful while testing on local board or
  creating new tests)

	Clone the bootrr repo or use a tarball from repo
	Run the below cmds for running tests for a given board locally

	# export PATH=$PWD/helpers:$PATH
	# ./boards/<file>
