Currently tox tests against the installed interpreters, however if any
supported interpreter is absent then it will return fail. It seems not
reasonable to expect developers to have all supported interpreters
installed on their systems. Luckily tox can be configured to skip
missing interpreters.
This changed the tox setup so that missing interpreters are skipped by
default. On the CI, however, we still want to enforce it tests
against all supported. This way on CI the
--skip-missing-interpreters=false option is passed to tox.

This introduces a new feature to the functional tests: automatic setting of
the '-cpu VALUE' option to the created vm if the test is tagged with
'cpu:VALUE'. The 'cpu' property is made available to the test object as well.
For example, for a simple test as:
def test(self):
"""
🥑 tags=cpu:host
"""
self.assertEqual(self.cpu, "host")
self.vm.launch()
The resulting QEMU evocation will be like:
qemu-system-x86_64 -display none -vga none \
-chardev socket,id=mon,path=/var/tmp/avo_qemu_sock_pdgzbgd_/qemu-1135557-monitor.sock \

Currently build and test commands are a single step in a
Travis's `script` block. In order to see the output
of the tests one needs to scroll down the log to find where
the build messages ended and the limit is not clear. If
they were in different steps then Travis would print the
result build command, which can be easily grep'ed.
So this change is made to detach those commands
to ease the visualization of the output.
Note that all steps on the `script` block is executed regardless
if one previous has failed. To overcome it, let's save the
return code of the build then check whether succeed or failed on
the test step.

By default VM build test use qemu-img from system's PATH to
create the image disk. Due the lack of qemu-img on the system
or the desire to simply use a version built with QEMU, it would
be nice to allow one to set its path. So this patch makes that
possible by reading the path to qemu-img from QEMU_IMG if set,

The QEMUMachine VM has a monitor setup on which an QMP
connection is always attempted on _post_launch() (executed
by launch()). In case the QEMU process immediatly exits
then the qmp.accept() (used to establish the connection) stalls
until it reaches timeout and consequently an exception raises.
That behavior is undesirable when, for instance, it needs to
gather information from the QEMU binary ($ qemu -cpu list) or a
test which launches the VM expecting its failure.
This patch adds the set_qmp_monitor() method to QEMUMachine that
allows turn off the creation of the monitor machinery on VM launch.

if they are enabled in the binary or not. That is a different
semantic from -cpu and -machine helps, for example. So this change
makes it to list only the accelerators which support is compiled

Note that it does not check if the accelerator is enabled in the
