Chalapathi VandNicholas Piggin a613b9d321 hw/ssi/pnv_spi: Put a limit to RDR match failures
There is a possibility that SPI controller can get into loop due to indefinite
RDR match failures. Hence put a limit to failures and stop the sequencer.

Chalapathi VandNicholas Piggin 7192d7b7fe hw/ssi/pnv_spi: Make bus names distinct for each controllers of a socket
Create a spi buses with distinct names on each socket so that responders
are attached to correct SPI controllers.

Change the bus name to chipX.spi.<busnum> where X = 0..<num_sockets>

QOM tree on a 2 socket machine:

Chalapathi VandNicholas Piggin 17befecda8 hw/ssi/pnv_spi: Replace PnvXferBuffer with Fifo8 structure
In PnvXferBuffer dynamically allocating and freeing is a
process overhead. Hence used an existing Fifo8 buffer with
capacity of 16 bytes.

Chalapathi VandNicholas Piggin 8d970f4162 hw/block: Add Microchip's 25CSM04 to m25p80
Add Microchip's 25CSM04 Serial EEPROM to m25p80.  25CSM04 provides 4 Mbits
of Serial EEPROM utilizing the Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) compatible
bus. The device is organized as 524288 bytes of 8 bits each (512Kbyte) and
is optimized for use in consumer and industrial applications where reliable
and dependable nonvolatile memory storage is essential.

Chalapathi VandNicholas Piggin b4cb930e40 hw/ssi: Extend SPI model
In this commit SPI shift engine and sequencer logic is implemented.
Shift engine performs serialization and de-serialization according to the
control by the sequencer and according to the setup defined in the
configuration registers. Sequencer implements the main control logic and
FSM to handle data transmit and data receive control of the shift engine.

Chalapathi VandNicholas Piggin 29318db133 hw/ssi: Add SPI model
SPI controller device model supports a connection to a single SPI responder.
This provide access to SPI seeproms, TPM, flash device and an ADC controller.

All SPI function control is mapped into the SPI register space to enable full
control by firmware. In this commit SPI configuration component is modelled
which contains all SPI configuration and status registers as well as the hold
registers for data to be sent or having been received.

An existing QEMU SSI framework is used and SSI_BUS is created.

Chalapathi VandNicholas Piggin 5706b0064d hw/ppc: Add N1 chiplet model
The N1 chiplet handle the high speed i/o traffic over PCIe and others.
The N1 chiplet consists of PowerBus Fabric controller,
nest Memory Management Unit, chiplet control unit and more.

This commit creates a N1 chiplet model and initialize and realize the
pervasive chiplet model where chiplet control registers are implemented.

This commit also implement the read/write method for the powerbus scom
registers

Chalapathi VandNicholas Piggin 1adf24708b hw/ppc: Add pnv nest pervasive common chiplet model
A POWER10 chip is divided into logical units called chiplets. Chiplets
are broadly divided into "core chiplets" (with the processor cores) and
"nest chiplets" (with everything else). Each chiplet has an attachment
to the pervasive bus (PIB) and with chiplet-specific registers. All nest
chiplets have a common basic set of registers and This model will provide
the registers functionality for common registers of nest chiplet (Pervasive
Chiplet, PB Chiplet, PCI Chiplets, MC Chiplet, PAU Chiplets)

This commit implement the read/write functions of chiplet control registers.
