Joelle van DyneandJason Wang 993f71ee33 vmnet: stop recieving events when VM is stopped
When the VM is stopped using the HMP command "stop", soon the handler will
stop reading from the vmnet interface. This causes a flood of
`VMNET_INTERFACE_PACKETS_AVAILABLE` events to arrive and puts the host CPU
at 100%. We fix this by removing the event handler from vmnet when the VM
is no longer in a running state and restore it when we return to a running
state.

Joelle van DyneandGerd Hoffmann fb977a8174 Revert "usbredir: avoid queuing hello packet on snapshot restore"
Run state is also in RUN_STATE_PRELAUNCH while "-S" is used.

This reverts commit 0631d4b448

The original commit broke the usage of usbredir with libvirt, which
starts every domain with "-S".

This workaround is no longer needed because the usbredir behavior
has been fixed in the meantime:

Joelle van DyneandGerd Hoffmann 0631d4b448 usbredir: avoid queuing hello packet on snapshot restore
When launching QEMU with "-loadvm", usbredir_create_parser() should avoid
setting up the hello packet (just as with "-incoming". On the latest version
of libusbredir, usbredirparser_unserialize() will return error if the parser
is not "pristine."

On some older software like Windows 7 installer, having both a PS/2
mouse and USB mouse results in only one device working property (which
might be a different device each boot). While the workaround to not use
a USB mouse with such software is valid, it creates an inconsistent
experience if the user wishes to always use a USB mouse.

This introduces a new machine property to inhibit the creation of the
i8042 PS/2 controller.

Joelle van DyneandPeter Maydell 32063086a7 darwin: remove 64-bit build detection on 32-bit OS
A workaround added in early days of 64-bit OSX forced x86_64 if the
host machine had 64-bit support. This creates issues when cross-
compiling for ARM64. Additionally, the user can always use --cpu=* to
manually set the host CPU and therefore this workaround should be
removed.
