accel/hvf: Implement hvf_arch_vcpu_destroy()

Browse Source 
Call hv_vcpu_destroy() to destroy our vCPU context.

As hv_vcpu_destroy() must be called by the owning thread,
document hvf_arch_vcpu_destroy() also does.
