MAINTAINERS: fix VMware filename typo (vwm -> vmw)

Browse Source 
The entry for the VMware PVSCSI spec uses "vwm" instead of "vmw",
which does not match any file in the tree.

Correct the path so scripts/get_maintainer.pl can match the file.
