Turned off by default the code which applys aux node changes for failed searches as it caused further minor issues. I added a BT test to catch this case which will fire if the code is reenabled.

This changelist contains various changes to allow the creation of FPrimitiveSceneProxy & FPrimtiveSceneInfos for meshes not associated with an AActor/UPrimitiveComponent pair. In other words, it's now possible to add primitives to FScene that aren't associated with AActors & UPrimitiveComponents. These are additional entry points, all existing code should continue to build & execute as is.

The CVar is 0 by default for the time being, so there should be no changes to ET unless it is manually set to true.

[Insights] MemoryInsights: Added "LLM Size" column to Allocs Table. It shows the size of LLM reported stats for "tag" groups (when allocs are grouped by tags). Also added "LLM Delta Size" column, to show the difference between computed tag size based on traced allocs and LLM reported size. This helps to discover mismatches between LLM tracking and Insights' memory tracing.
