david harvey 55919f638d Adding generic structure parsers to ConfigHierarchy, allowing full struct hierarchies to be parsed from a single config key.
Supported types:
 - Basic primitives - string, int, float, bool etc.
 - Enums
 - Array, List, Dictionary
 - structs & classes
 - DirectoryReference & FileReference for FDirectoryPath & FFilePath
