dan smith 7df44e845f Added FMassLWIManagerSharedFragment shared fragment to MassLWI spawned entities to record the AMassLWIStaticMeshManager they were spawned from.
Also fixed an issue where LWIM stored transforms were being assigned to spawned entities in random order.
