max chen e88f050ed2 Sequencer: Fix client stop so that if the client is very close to the end, don't play to the end because it will stop soon anyway. Fix the test so that this only happens if the client is behind the target time to stop at.

Take Recorder: Fix recorded data being offset when not recording from 0. Fixed current sequencer time and take recorder end sections being off by a frame. Fixed all active sections getting their start frame reset when adding new sub sections to record.
