benoit gadreau 9fd417fa97 New TRS Gizmo: fixed UGizmoElementBase::GetViewDependentVisibility that was using the local axis for angle computation
- this had the effect of not hidding the axis and plane handles in the correct scenarios

add concept of saving-on-clear/restoring the selection manager's selection, so that tools can restore the before-tool selection if the tool is cancelled, or if the tool otherwise did not change the underlying meshes.
