Bink Audio support for >48khz. Well... support in that they play, however Bink Audio (like most perceptual codecs) don't bother to send such high frequencies, so I add a warning to resample down prior to encoding. It's just a waste of performance.

Fix pause mode by not performing advance timestep when in pause mode. Implemented by using the MinPhysicsDeltaTime to stop AdvanceTimestep from being called when time stands still (micro timestep applied). Also exposed MinPhysicsTimestep to the project defaults along side MaxPhysicsTimestep.

Slate text widgets now have a "Text Overflow" argument that dicates what happens to text when it is larger than its clip rect. The two overflow methods are Clip and Ellipsis. Clip is the default and existing behavior where text is clipped per pixel. Ellipsis replaces clipped text with a "..." string to provide a more polished look when text is clipped.
