Saul Abreu 9c7b62ebe5 Massive overhaul of gather configuration UI in the Localization Dashboard. Updated localization configuration script settings with new, more descriptive names and moved "friendly" behaviors to the Localization Dashboard's localization configuration script generation code, rather than in the commandlets. REVIEW CHANGELIST FOR API CHANGES.
