Rune Stubbe b12d29bddf Limit Nanite Auto precision to at least 1/16cm. The user now has to explicitly opt-in to the lower precision settings.
Changed attribute encoding alignment from 4 bytes to 1 byte. It saves a bit of space PC and is no longer worse on other platforms.
