UMG - Animations now only evaluate the parts of multi-component curves (e.g, margin, color, vector) which have keys. If a curve has no keys the current value of the field is not changed

PropertyEditor refactored. It's ready for StructureDefaultView. Some SDetailsView functions were moved to SDetailsViewBase. FPropertyValueImpl calls NotifyFinishedChangingProperties properly.
