7df44e845f Added FMassLWIManagerSharedFragment shared fragment to MassLWI spawned entities to record the AMassLWIStaticMeshManager they were spawned from.
Also fixed an issue where LWIM stored transforms were being assigned to spawned entities in random order.

21c932d86a Horde: Add a generalized error handler path that formats exceptions as log events so they can be rendered on the dashboard. Should provide much more context for internal server errors.

3516d759c8 Fixed a bug in FMassEntityManager::BatchDestroyEntities where the ObserverManager wasn't being informed of the entity deletions, causing fragment destructors not to run.

9b86e1048a World Partition : Fixed rare case where a WP streaming cell would contain an actor and this actor is also an editor-only reference of another actor of this cell. In this case, the editor-only reference must not be part of the WP streaming cell.

42add2f02d Added bRandomize property to FMassTransformsSpawnData to control whether UMassSpawnLocationProcessor assigns transforms randomly (defaults to true to maintain current behavior) or if false, assigns transforms in order.

c11f4cc5f6 Remove WriteTo functionality in control.
Removed ability to write to file from TraceLog control layer. This was not actively used, and proved to be a security concern.

b083d56fb1 [shaders] partial backout of preprocessor optimizations. the reasons for the performance gain were incorrectly assessed and the additional cache is not providing any measurable gains, so removing it as unnecessary complexity.
