a71cecdd90 [Templates] Add mapping input context moved to BeginPlay event so it works also for multiplayer. (Note: TopDown has SimpleMoveTo which would need a a more complex setup for multiplayer telling the server to move than we want for a template; holding the mouse with movemet component works tho) Updated the feature packs.

2cade98955 [Templates] Enhanced Input for the non-code version of 3rd Person, 1st Person, TopDown templates. Also retargeted 3rd person idle, run and jump animations to arms in 1st person template for a neutral start pose.

1ad7e6c79b Change the reflection capture's encoded HDR data to RG11B10 format.
Skip reflectio for simple translucent materials for both mobile forward and deferred.

Translucent materials fall back to single reflection or sky capture on mobile deferred if clustered reflection is disabled.
