8c6dccfce9 Core - Making some improvements to TObjectPtr, introducing some templating utilities so that we can better template match TObjectPtr vs UObject* pointers so that a single templated function can work for either.
Core - Added support for assigning a TObjectPtr<T> to a TScriptInterface just like you'd expect from a raw Object*.

Actor - Making a version of GetComponents that will work for TObjectPtr collections.  Additionally fixed several places in the engine where we're forcing the template parameter instead of allowing it to be determined automatically - which forced me to leave one of the GetComponent implementations, but I think we aught to remove it. e.g.

Don't Do

TArray<UPrimitiveComponent*> PrimComponents;
Actor->GetComponents<UPrimitiveComponent>(PrimComponents);

Do

TArray<UPrimitiveComponent*> PrimComponents;
Actor->GetComponents(PrimComponents);

Slate - Introducing support for collections of TObjectPtr<T>'s being used as source lists for the STableView.

4fca75067f Allow the creation of virtual textures when baking HLODs

626fa02054 Changed UStaticMeshComponent::GetStaticMesh to return a TObjectPtr as it showed up in profiles as the next most expensive contributor to redundant access tracking calls.
Fixed TObjectKey to be implicitly constructible from a wrapped object pointer the same way FObjectKey is.
Added a call-site fix for a const_cast from wrapped pointer to raw pointer.

bf10d3336a Refactor of source model representation for static meshes.
- Moved source models related classes and implementation into separate files.
- Created a new UObject wrapper for holding mesh description bulk data; this is created as a transactable object inside a UStaticMesh.
- The cached mesh description is now an inner object of the bulk data wrapper; this allows transactions on the bulk data to affect the cached mesh.
- The static mesh SourceModels array can no longer be accessed directly: FStaticMeshSourceModel requires extra initialization before it should be used, so new LODs should be added through the static mesh API.
- Undo/redo is now fixed within the geometry tools
- Fixed regression where mesh description was being unpacked unnecessarily during transactions
- MeshDescription bulk data and its cached MeshDescriptions are now emptied prior to removing the UObject reference, in order to immediately free memory instead of needing to wait for garbage collection
- No more deadlocks when clearing or committing mesh descriptions during garbage collection
- Bulk data UObjects are constructed, where possible, at startup, in order to prevent it from happening during critical moments, e.g. during garbage collection or package saving.

aae0fe62eb PackageResourceManager and PackagePaths
Create a new interface IPackageResourceManager that handles all attempts to load packages from storage. The default implementation passes through to loading from IFileManager. Future implementations will load from other services such as the EditorDomain and TargetDomain.
Add FPackagePath class that holds a LocalFilePath or LongPackageName, or a relative path to a package under a mounted content root (which can be converted into either the LocalFilePath or LongPackageName).
Modify LinkerLoad, BulkData, and AsyncLoader to use FPackagePath and IResourceManager.
Modify UPackage and FLinkerLoad to have a FPackagePath instead of a Filename.
