- Added sections to navigate between the settings of different asset types.
- Fixed the tooltips for the reimport strategy being on the wrong entries.

- Fixed an issue where a category with a space in its name would fail the section category comparison as spaces are removed from section category names.

781aa3e011 The details Section API has been rewritten. Categories can now be part of multiple sections simultaneously. This solves the situation of wanting eg. Materials to be in both the General (because it's a very common property to manipulate for meshes) and the Rendering (because it affects rendering) sections.
Sections are now sorted correctly - General and All are special-cased to be the first and last categories respectively, the rest are alphabetically sorted.

6577bca4d4 Added section selector to the details view. It is now possible to register a category to a section, which will cause the entire category to be shown if the relevant section is selected.

ecc0ab19ed Removed bad namespace based enum forward declare which upsets clang.
To remove the enum property editors can now only create standalone mode property editor toolkits which is the only thing they supported anyway.

2466840461 Added filtering to details panels to filter the set of incoming objects passed to a details panel
Changed the way details panels handle multiple root objects.  The filter can now specify this without setting a specific flag on a details panel at creation time.

	This is defined in FLegacySlateFontInfoCache::GetDefaultFont and uses our default Roboto fonts (and the culture specific fallback fonts), and is now used as the default font for Slate and the editor.

	This change removes all the manual TTF/OTF file references from the various Slate styles, as well as updating 200+ hard-coded font references to use the new default font.

	This fixes various rendering issues with fonts in the editor when using different languages, and clears a big barrier for removing the legacy localized fallback font support.

	This avoids ambiguity when binding a native function pointer to a type that doesn't match the context pointer, as you could end up getting a function called with an incorrect 'this' pointer

	Breaking changes:
	 - Native has been renamed to FNativeFuncPtr.
	 - The signature of a native function has changed (use the DECLARE_FUNCTION and DEFINE_FUNCTION macro pair).
	 - Use P_THIS if you were previously using the 'this' pointer in your native function.

	The bug is that the size of the last element is incorrectly reported, after we drag back and forth.
	Fixed by not reading the size real time, but reading it from the SlotInfo structure that is created earlier, which holds the correct value.

	Tthis is *necessary* to avoid a bug/limitation of Nvidia's current Metal shader compiler that flushes all denorm values to zero on load from any resource. AMD & iOS Metal only flush-to-zero when sampling from textures and that's what Apple regard as the expected behaviour. I have however asked them to standardise on the D3D behaviour of preserving denorms on all load, move (incl. min/max/as*()-casts) & store operations. This won't happen in the current or imminent OS/Xcode releases.

	Now only Intel Metal is broken and their problems run deeper.
