Change lumen hair integration (for non-hairstrands, i.e. cards/meshes) to rely on non-weighted uniform integration + reweight by ~directional albedo. This change ensures the hair & non-hair lighting history are stored into the same white-albedo space, and so that history neighboring clamping works correctly.
