[Material Editor] Deprecated UMaterialExpression::GetInputsView() in favor of making GetInput() the only way to access all inputs in a material expression.

To facilitate iteration, this change introduces FExpressionInputIterator that only provides a convenience layer on top of UMaterialExpression::GetInput()
This change makes code more robust and consistent and enables future further simplifications & optimizations.

Slate: Reorder SWidget's member to save a bit of memory. Changed DesiredSize and PrepassLayoutScaleMultiplier types. They are TOptional but the extra bool was making them harder to pack in memory.

Slate: Deprecate SListView::ItemHeight and STreeViewItemHeight. ItemHeight and ItemWidth are only used when the panel is is as a tile or both value are assigned. With TreeView and ListView, you can't assigned both. The function are protected, a subclass of those could but it's up to them to expose the ItemHeight and ItemWidth. This behavior changed was introduced with CL 7634094.

Deprecate FGraphActionListBuilderBase::ActionGroup, as it is redundant with FEdGraphSchemaAction. It was introduced to handle 'multi edit' but was never fully realized and contains redundant categorization fields that are inconsistently used in scoring of menu entries. What little categorization was being done on the action group is now properly done on the FEdGraphSchemaAction
