Josh Goldberg dc94869e63 A few initial JS usage fixes
Added resetObjectMaker and resetContainer. GBSEmulatr console.errors
instead of throws. Runner no longer passes unbound setTimeout,
clearTimeout. MenuGrapher has bound menu callbacks.
