RickGrymes 253cc62356 Add robot dealer caravan trader kind ...

Introduces a new `FCP_Caravan_Robot_Dealer` TraderKindDef that sells multiple robot pawn kinds (Eyebot, Protectron, Securitron), buys expensive simple items, and carries caps as currency stock. Also adds `Rick.FCP.Robotics` to `About.xml` `loadAfter` to ensure proper load order for the new robotics-dependent stock generators.
