RickGrymes bc1921c94a Fix XML formatting and encoding issues in Defs 
Added missing newlines at end of several XML files to ensure proper formatting. Fixed encoding issue in ThingDefs_Wastelander_Apparel.xml by removing the BOM and replaced curly apostrophes with standard apostrophes in descriptions to prevent character display errors.

RickGrymes 2fc8df652f Add unique trader characters and pawnkinds 
Introduced XML definitions for unique wastelander trader characters and their associated pawnkinds, including Crow, Crazy Wolfgang, Doc Hoff, Lucky Harith, Belle Bonny, Banon, and Angela Staley. Also added general wastelander, armored wastelander, and Rivet City Security pawnkind definitions to support new character types.
