Replace broad category filters in wasteland meal recipes with explicit thingDefs for custom meats and eggs, and add three new meals: Skeeto Spit (simple), Sweet Rolls (complex), and Happy Birthday Sweet Roll (complex) with recipes (ingredients, products, workAmount, skill requirements). Add corresponding ThingDefs for each food item (stats, ingestible effects, graphics) and include new PNG textures for the meal sprites.
