Convert the Sprtel-Wood 9700 from a pistol entry into an experimental lightweight Gatling Laser prototype: updated description, swapped sound to rifle, changed projectile to Gatling beam, increased mass, adjusted accuracies and cooldown, extended range and added burst properties. Replace 'grip' with 'stock', change weapon tag to heavy energy, boost death-effect chance, and add a weapon backpack comp (with offsets and texture path). Also add the new weapon texture FCP_Sprtel_Wood_9700.png.
