RickGrymes f920073cd8 Update Legion pawn weapon loadouts and labels

Standardized weapon tags for Legion pawns, replacing specific weapon entries with more general options (e.g., FCP_Rifle, FCP_Assault_Rifle, FCP_SMG, FCP_Shotgun) and adjusted weaponMoney values for better balance. Added missing section headers and corrected labels for decanus and veteran roles to improve clarity and consistency.
