Appended missing newline characters at the end of multiple XML definition files to improve formatting consistency and prevent potential parsing issues.

RickGrymes 12a6aa2656 Adjust MarketValue for Legion currency item 
Reduced the MarketValue of the Legion currency item from 10000 to 4 to better reflect its intended in-game value.

RickGrymes 0d3669a3d7 Update Legion apparel and currency item stats 
Removed excess whitespace and standardized formatting in ThingDefs_Apparel.xml. Added useHitPoints, DeteriorationRate, and Flammability to Caesar's Robes. In Items_FCP_Currencies_Legion.xml, increased MarketValue and set Flammability to 0 for Legion Denarius. Also updated XML headers for both files.
