NovaRain 1de23cc4f8 Reverted the change on CMap.h in commit 9d9bf4a. 
Implemented an ASM hack for Win2K build to remove the need of VS2008.
(Tested in VM environment.)

NovaRain 9d9bf4a3b2 Fixed the argument of how_much and enabled support for ceil math function. 
Added VS2010 project files.
Tweaked CMap.h for the compatibility of VS2008.
